I am working with a local leather Merchant here in the UK to bring unique one off leathers to your my wonderful customers. On a recent visit this is something that I couldn't resist, there are very few of this colour and they are rarely available so I had to purchase one and offer it to you all! It was so popular last time that I had to source whatever I could find and my goodness is it a beautiful leather

The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout (mandatory).
Step 4: Refund Confirmation
After the refund has been completed, you will receive an official confirmation email from Eluxsic.

Free Shipping (Excludes Bags)
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, except for bags.
Due to their larger size and heavier weight, bags incur higher shipping costs. To ensure fair and sustainable pricing for all customers, free shipping does not apply to bag purchases.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Please note: Many of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. If an item is not currently in stock, it will be produced upon receiving your order and shipped as soon as it is ready.

Exchange Policy

- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Warranty
All products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
