We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, except for bags.
Due to their larger size and heavier weight, bags incur higher shipping costs. To ensure fair and sustainable pricing for all customers, free shipping does not apply to bag purchases.

All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Please note: Many of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. If an item is not currently in stock, it will be produced upon receiving your order and shipped as soon as it is ready.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Refund Policy

Warranty
All products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
