Apple Watch

Look at the back of your Apple Watch. If it shows 38mm, 40mm or 41mm, choose "38mm to 41mm". If it shows 42mm, 44mm,45mm, 46mm or 49mm, choose "42mm to 49mm".

Take a ruler and measure the width between the two joints. Usually they will be about 18mm/20mm/22mm/24mm wide.
