We make our products from high quality full grain leather. The nature of this material is such that most of the natural marks, scars, wrinkles remain there after processing and dying. Colors vary as well in every hide so the color of the product might be slightly different from what is shown in the pictures. Any two products of the same design won't be identical in color and marks pattern.

Free Standard Shipping

TOP Leather offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders, excluding bags.

Due to their larger dimensions and heavier weight, bags require additional shipping and handling. Shipping fees for bag orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and processed within 2 business days.

Please note that many TOP Leather products are handcrafted or made to order. If your selected item is not currently in stock, production may require additional time before shipment.

Once your order is ready and has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
Express Shipping: Approximately 5 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

Exchange and Return Policy

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchanges

In their original condition
Returned with their original packaging and accessories

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may select another eligible item or request a refund to your original payment method.
