What is distressed leather?
This beautiful leather is aniline dyed in a drum giving it unique and vibrant colors. When the leather is stretched or pulled, the color gets lighter in the pulled areas (also called pull-up leather).
The beauty of this leather is its susceptibility to show colour changes, marks, and a rich patina (shine) over time, ensuring that no two pieces are identical.
One solid piece of leather. No bonded leather, period. This results in a wallet that minimizes stretch and will never break or crack in the leather. The tough full grain leather is taken from the hide and handcrafted into a wallet that will last years to come.
